The ragtag, everything else group for now. I will pull out larger groups or families as I photograph more of them. With about half of the Arkansas species here for now, there are some impressive beasts in this miscellany. Many of the genera in Arkansas have only one or two species present in the state. The pictured robber is a Megaphorus. It is about eight mm long and looks so much like the small flower bee that it possibly imitates (surely it must). If you don't look for it, you will not see it among the bee masses.
